Rebecca is the Founder and Managing Director of That Comms Co. She has extensive experience in advising executives and boards in Australia and in Europe on their communication needs, and has worked across a range of sectors including technology, professional services, aviation, property, education, luxury goods, government, and food and beverage.

Prior to That Comms Co., Rebecca headed up the communication function of ASX listed Treasury Wine Estates (TWE) where she oversaw its demerger from Carlton & United Breweries (CUB) with outstanding results. Whilst based in Europe she led external communication for Berkshire Hathaway owned NetJets Europe and worked agency side for the likes of Microsoft, BSkyB, and Chorion.

According to her colleagues, Reb’s comms superpower is her ability to predict the future for how a scenario will play out and her sixth sense for identifying risk. 

Rebecca has a Bachelor of Commerce/Arts.

Julia is a Senior Account Director at That Comms Co. She works closely with clients to develop and deliver communications strategies and PR programs that make their businesses stand tall and stand out.

Over the course of her career, she has provided communications counsel to clients operating across a range of industries including technology, telecommunications, professional services, energy, legal, education, pharmaceuticals, property, health and medical.

No stranger to navigating the complexities of an issue or crisis, Julia previously worked for a specialist crisis communications firm where she was involved in a number of high-profile projects across the health, electricity, and security sectors.

According to her colleagues, strategy runs through Jules’ veins and no matter the comms challenge, she’ll know the right path forward.

Julia has a Bachelor of Arts (Media), a Diploma of Mass Communication, and a Master of Communication.

Myrrh is a Senior Account Manager at That Comms Co. An experienced communicator with a developed understanding of integrated communications, she believes in building campaigns that have storytelling at their core. 

With a background in public relations, social media and events, Myrrh has worked across the consumer retail, technology, sport, education, not-for-profit, and professional services industries.

 

At That Comms Co., Myrrh is responsible for managing complex media campaigns and liaising with key stakeholders. 

According to her colleagues, Myrrh’s mastery of crafting and telling a compelling story is first-class. 

Myrrh has a Bachelor of Arts (History of Art). 

Anoosha is a Senior Account Manager at That Comms Co. and has a passion for all things creative and the written word. 

Her communications experience has seen her work across clients within professional services, FMCG, technology, lifestyle, health, and pharmaceutical sectors. 

At That Comms Co., Anoosha is responsible for managing the delivery of PR programs, including developing and executing media relations strategies and leading internal teams.  

According to her colleagues, if you’re in a comms bind and given the option to call a friend, you call Noosh. Beyond having your back, her command of the English language is enviable.  

Anoosha has a Bachelor of Arts, majoring in Media and Communications and minoring in Creative Writing. 

Fiona is a Project Manager at That Comms Co. She helps with everything from ensuring client programs and activities are delivered effectively, to managing the efficiency of business systems.

Fiona has experience working in education, health, program management, and business administration.

Fiona has a Bachelor of Applied Science, a Graduate Diploma in Education (Secondary), and a Certificate in Quality Assurance.

According to her colleagues, Fi is an all-star all-rounder. She’ll whip any project into shape!

Zara is a Senior Account Executive at That Comms Co. In her role, she assists in executing impactful communication programs for clients operating across technology, professional services, and education. For Zara, generating smart ideas, well-written content, and clever media angles is par for the course

According to her colleagues, Zara has a gift for media pitching and is a living example of ‘persistence pays’ when it comes to getting a story up.

Zara has a Bachelor of Arts (Communication) and a Master of Publishing and Communication.

Kidist is an Account Executive at That Comms Co. She assists the team with the day-to-day running of client accounts, pitching, securing targeted media coverage, and reporting.  

Kidist particularly enjoys crafting written content, building relationships with clients and the media, and seeing businesses achieve their communications objectives. 

According to her colleagues, Kidist’s top-notch research skills and ability to ask clever questions make her a real asset to the team.  

Kidist has a Bachelor of Communication. 

Melinda is That Comms Co.’s Executive Assistant. She helps ensure office diaries and operations run like clockwork.  

Melinda has experience working in business administration across a range of sectors including hospitality, fashion and media. 

According to her colleagues, Mel’s gift is her ability to inject positivity into everything she does (even the most mundane of tasks) at That Comms Co. 

Grace is an Account Executive at That Comms Co. She is a passionate storyteller with experience in corporate PR, communications, social media, and law. Grace supports the team with the day-to-day management of accounts and the delivery of strategic communications through media relations and messaging.

Her experience has seen her work across clients in the professional services, legal, tech, and not-for-profit sectors.

Grace graduated from the University of Canterbury with a Bachelor of Laws and is an admitted Barrister and Solicitor of the High Court of New Zealand.
